Victoria “Vicky” Glacken, 70, of Loretto, died December 28, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 4, 1954, in Philadelphia, daughter of the late Helena Frederick. Survived by children: Carl Glacken Jr., and Melissa (Greg) Clapper, 4 grandchildren: Thomas Glacken (Bethany) and their son Phillip, and Blane, Larissa, and Jeremiah Clapper. Also survived by her former husband, Carl Glacken Sr. Vicky enjoyed gardening and watching wildlife.
