Survived by father Vaughn Sr. and step mother Elaine (Knab) Lewis, wife, Anastasia (Evchenko) Lewis, children. Verra Lewis-Mechling, and Alexander Lewis, siblings; Jennifer (Steve) Bidoli, Brad (Jerome) Lewis, Andrew (Elizabeth) Craig, Ian Lewis, and Duncan (Kylie) Lewis. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
