Tim “Head” Glass, 72, of Cresson, died December 28, 2024, at home. He was born November 24, 1952, in Altoona, son of the late Joseph “Ree” and Dolores “Dee” (Dietzel) Glass. Preceded in death by son, Matthew on April 10, 2007, and his best friend Damian “Peach” Petry. Survived by wife of 46 years, the former Donna “Queenie” Little whom he married October 21, 1978, in Cresson, children: Ian (Becky) Daugherty, Kathryn “Katie” (Mike) Havrilla, and Angela (Jonathan) Focht, 3 grandchildren: Gracie, Darren, and Ellie, sister, Nancy Glass, and numerous nieces and nephews. Tim was a Coast Guard Veteran. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, golf, music, and nature. He had worked as a therapeutic activity director for the Ebensburg State School for 35 years and retired in 2007. He was a member of the Cresson American Legion where he enjoyed spending time. Friends will be received from 2PM until 7 PM Thursday January 2, 2025, at the Gibbons Funeral Home, 1688 Liberty St., Ashville, PA 16613, where a Military Service will be held at 7:00 PM, Cresson American Legion and other Local Military Organizations will provide the Military Rites.
