Ronald "Ron" Kishlock

Ronald “Ron” Kishlock, 82, Coupon, died September 15, 2022 at home. Born February 17, 1940 in South Fork, son of the late Frank and Catherine (Anlosky) Kishlock. Preceded in death by wife, the former Donna Ferguson on March 16, 2017. Survived by daughter, Valerie (Pete) Murray, son, Chris (Teresa Reed), granddaughters; Abigael Brady, Victoria Brady, Makayla (Connor) Shutts, and Marcella Kishlock (Hugh Kelly), sisters; Joanne Moschgat, and Barbara (Steve) Koval, brothers; William (Denise) Kishlock and Andrew Kishlock. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Ron was a Marine Corps Veteran. He enjoyed spending time with his family, attending Catholic Mass, conversation around the table, hunting, reading and going to the casinos. Ron began his career as a truck driver and worked for Calandra’s in Cresson, and achieved success when he owned and operated his personal truck for over 20 years. During his retirement he drove tour cruise buses and high school buses. Member of the Ashville VFW, and St. Monica Catholic Church, Chest Springs, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Monday, Interment, St. Joseph Cemetery, Coupon. A private visitation will be held at the convenience of the family. Military Rites in charge of Ashville VFW and other Local Military Organizations. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests Mass offerings or donations to the PA Humane Society in Ron’s memory.
