Robert L. "Snuffy" Naylor

Robert L. “Snuffy” Naylor Sr., 69, of Johnstown, formerly of Ashville, passed away December 25, 2022 suddenly at home from an apparent heart attack. He was born June 7, 1953 in Dysart, son of the late Joseph Wayne and Marion Joan (Soller) Naylor. Preceded in death by infant brother, Thomas, brother, Richard, and sister Rosemary Cavalet. Survived by wife of almost 50 years, the former Linda McElheny, whom he married October 20, 1973 in Ashville, children; Brenda (Brian) Burket of Montgomery, AL, Robert Jr. (Jennifer Farabaugh) of Windber, and James (Kari Moore) of Avon, OH, 9 grandchildren; Brittany (Shane) Miller, Danielle Burket, Kaitlynn Burket, Marissa Naylor, Braden Naylor, Sam Naylor, Joshua Naylor, David Naylor, and Lydia Naylor, 2 step great grandchildren; Parker and Joseph, brothers; Wayne (Sylvia) of Arizona and Mark (Pam) of Utahville, Godson; Joe (Tina) Moyer, and numerous extended family and friends. Snuffy enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, race cars, fishing, and hunting. He was a member of the Tire Hill Rod and Gun Club. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
