Robert L. “Frogg” McMillen, 76, Dysart, died March 4, 2023 at home surrounded by his family. Born October 30, 1946 in Punxsutawney, son of the late James and Louise (Dunlap) McMillen. Preceded in death by stepson Mark Bush, and step grandchildren: Steven, Michelle and Cody Bush. Survived by wife, the former Ella Shepler Bush, whom he married August 2, 1980 in Coalport, stepchildren: Kevin (Beverly) Bush, John (Dale) Bush, Cheryl Kephart, and Marci Bush (Dave), 6 step grandchildren, 8 step great grandchildren, sister, Rita (William) Yingling, brothers: Preston (Sandy Hamilton), Walter (Virginia Stroud), and Wilbert (Karen Drass). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Frogg enjoyed hunting, fishing, and his dog, Buddy. Friends will be received from 5 PM until time of funeral service at 7 PM Wednesday at the Gibbons Funeral Home, 1688 Liberty St., Ashville, PA. Rev. Robert Witherow officiating.
