Raymond L. Wilkinson, 75, Altoona, died November 24, 2020 at home. Born February 19, 1945 in Blandburg, son of the late Benjamin E. and Sara M. (Letcher) Wilkinson. Preceded in death by brothers; Kenneth and William. Survived by wife of 49 years, the former Judith Goralsky whom he married June 26, 1971 in Coalport, son, Andrew (Heather Stanfield) of Atlanta, GA , brothers; John (Elaine Lewis) of Randleman, NS, and Benjamin (Janet McElheny) of Blandburg, sister in law, Donna (Troxell) Wilkinson of Altoona and several nieces and nephews. Raymond was an Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed gardening, golfing and he was an avid reader. He worked as a secondary math teacher at Cambria Heights High School, Patton for 26 years and retired in 1997. He was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and a member of the PSEA and N.E.A. and he was also a life member of the Coalport VFW. Friends will be received from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM Friday at St. Therese of the Child Jesus Catholic Church, Altoona, Rev. Timothy Grimme, officiating. Committal, Calvary Cemetery, Altoona. Military Rites are in charge of Local Military Organizations.
