Raymond R. Seymour Obituary

Raymond R. Seymour, 77, 0f Altoona, formerly of Buckhorn, died March 16, 2025, at Midtown Oaks Health and Rehabilitation Center, Altoona. He was born February 14, 1948, in Altoona, son of the late William and R. and Rosalia A. (Nagle) Seymour. Preceded in death by brother, Paul, sister and her husband, Elizabeth (Larry) Farber, and brothers-in-law Tom Vertucci and Eugene Krucz. Survived by sister, Edna Vertucci, and brothers, Clarence (Diana) and Eugene (Virginia “Mickie”). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Ray enjoyed racing and was an avid NASCAR fan. He was a lifetime truck driver. Former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Coupon and a member of the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament, Altoona. There will be no viewing. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. Interment, St. Joseph Cemetery, Coupon. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Cathedral of the Blessed Sacrament in Ray’s memory.
