Raymond Joseph Holmberg Obituary

Raymond Joseph Holmberg, 83, of Coudersport, passed away Tuesday October 25, 2022 at UPMC Cole, Coudersport. He was born May 18, 1939 in Baltimore, MD, son of the late Paul W. and Bessie (Gauntner) Holmberg. He was preceded in death by a brother, Russell and brother- in- law, Dale Fry. He is survived by two sons; Tony (Kathy) Holmberg and Kevin (Sherri) Holmberg and a daughter, Colleen Holmberg, 5 grandchildren,12 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; sisters; Jeanne Fry, and Catherine (Bill) Shirk, sister- in- law, Philena Holmberg and several nieces and nephews. Ray enjoyed fishing, hunting, and art. He was a member of Cross Forks Sportsmen Club and St. Eulalia Catholic Church, Coudersport. Friends will be received from 10:00 AM until time of Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 5, 2022 at St. Thomas Catholic Church, Ashville, Rev. Robert Reese, Celebrant.
