Randy L. Bartlebaugh

Randy L. Bartlebaugh, 51, of Lilly, died September 9, 2023, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. He was born December 8, 1971, in Spangler, son of the late Richard L. and Garnet (Shepherd) Bartlebaugh. Preceded in death by brother, Richard “Snuffy”. Survived by siblings: Robin (Joseph) Lappi of Cresson, Rosin Miller of Jamestown, NY, Rodney of Lilly and Renee (Andrew) Hoover of Dysart, special nephew, Todd Lappi (Tiffany) and numerous other nieces and nephews. Randy enjoyed Ghost Busters, horses and he was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan. There will be no viewing or services.
