Paul F. “Ork” Booterbaugh Sr., 78, Lilly, formerly of Amsbry, died April 30, 2021 at UPMC Altoona. Born May 21, 1942 in Amsbry, son of the late Samuel and Mary (Herhei) Booterbaugh. Preceded in death by infant sister, Ruth, and these brothers and sisters: Rita Pullen, Gladys Laudermilch, John “Junior”, Elliott “Punch”, and Lora Metz. Survived by wife of 51 years, the former Anita Behe, whom he married June 28, 1969 in Ashville, son, Paul Jr. (Ann Wagner) of Nicktown, grandsons; Christopher “CJ” and Jacob, sister, Myra Stevens of Everett, brother in law, Stanley “Rex” Metz of Williamsburg. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Ork enjoyed going to his grandsons sporting events, bowling, and shooting pool. He worked as a union roofer. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing or services. The family suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice in Ork’s memory.
