Mary E. “Betty” Grimes, 91, of Dysart, died December 25, 2023. Born June 30, 1932, in Dean, daughter of the late Emanuel and Mary Jane (Conzo) Dworak. Preceded in death by her husband Telford on March 6, 2009, son-in-law, Gary Apple, brothers: Alvin and Harold, and sister, Charlotte Eyer. Survived by daughters: Sharon (Herb) Oshall of Flinton, and Joyce Apple of Roseland, 3 grandsons: Justin (Bobbie Jo Hamilton) Oshall, Brandon (Anna Gelles) Oshall, and Brent Apple (Miranda Venesky), great grandchildren: Aiden, Ansley, Aubrey, Hadley, Brody, Brayden, and Bryson. She was the last member of her immediate family. Betty enjoyed spending time with her family. A private viewing and service will be held at the convenience of the family. Committal, Beaver Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Fiske Community Bible Church in Betty’s memory.
