Leighton Charles Holland, 32, Lorretto, passed away on March 16, 2026 at home. Born September 29,1993 in Altoona, son of Robert Holland and Denise (Weiland) Jenkins. He is preceded in death by father, Robert Holland; step-father, David Jenkins; maternal grandmother, Gloria Weiland; and aunt, Amy Hockenberry. He is survived by mother, Denise Jenkins; siblings, Miranda (John) Meyer and Nigel (Emily Kenney) Holland; niece, Skylar; maternal grandfather, Walter (Donna) Weiland, aunts and uncles, Susan (Patrick) Kinney, Lora (Tony) Caretti, Bren (Glynn) Elkin, Craig (April) Weiland, and Amanda Weiland; and cousins, Wyatt Kosicki, Hayley Caretti, Jody (Ethan) Fredericks, Rachel Caretti, Jordan Smithbower, Bella and Laylah Weiland, McKenzie Aleshire, and Finnley Friedenberger. Leighton was employed at FCI Loretto. He was a member of Sons of the American Legion Post 748 Loretto and was a former fireman of the Loretto Fire Company. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, trap shooting, 4-wheelers, guns, snowmobiling, farm life, horses, tractors, camping, country music, and spending time with his family and friends. Family and friends will be received on Friday, March 20, 2026 from 4 to 8 pm at Gibbons Funeral Home, 1688 Liberty St. Ashville, Pa 16613. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 10 am at St. Michael's Basilica Church, 321 St. Mary St Loretto, PA 15940. Interment will be at St. Michael’s Cemetery.
