Judy Lidwell, 56, Ashville, died November 7, 2021 at UPMC Altoona. Born April 9, 1965 in Altoona, daughter of the late Joseph and Cathy (Moyer) Link. Preceded in death by maternal grandparents who helped raise her, Bill and Mercedes (Lidwell) Moyer, and sister, Rita Chverchko. Survived by husband, Mike Lidwell Jr whom she married June 6, 1987 in Ashville, daughter, Megan Jude Lidwell (Chase Scott) of Ashville, and these brothers and sisters; Bridget Stacey (Tom Riley), Hope (Kurt) Bridenbaugh, Faith (Steve) Focht, Bill (Judy) Moyer, Jackie (Jim) Long, Mary Jo (Pat) Rainey, Butch (Lois) Moyer, Janice Mastalski, Gerard (Glenda) Moyer, brother in law, Fred Chverchko, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Judy enjoyed being a mother, praying the Rosary, her devotion to St. Jude, and spending time with her cats, Baby and C.J. Member of St. Thomas Catholic Church, Ashville, where funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Thursday, Rev. Robert Reese, Celebrant. Committal, St. Thomas Cemetery. Friends will be received from 4 until 8 PM Wednesday at the Gibbons Funeral Home, 1688 Liberty St., Ashville, PA 16613.
