Joanna Hughey, 87, of St. Augustine, died September 28, 2024, at Hilltop Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, Altoona. She was born April 24, 1937, in Altoona, daughter of the late Lehman and Mary (Sipos) Hughes. Preceded in death by first husband, Donald Sollenberger, grandson, Hugh Donald Hayford, and several brothers and sisters. Survived by husband of 34 years, Robert Hughey whom she married June 30, 1990, in Wopsy, daughters: Renee Hayford, Lisa (Kevin) Watt, and Anitra (Carl) Weyandt, stepsons: Steve (Kim) Hughey and Bruce (Maryann) Hughey, 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and sister Gloria Floyd. Joanna enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the beach. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing. A private funeral service will be held at Alto Reste Park, Altoona, Pastor Ken Snyder officiating.
