Jeffrey L. Parks, 65, Irvona, died August 20, 2021 at home. Born February 7, 1956 in Philipsburg, son of the late Roger N. Sr. and Janet (Fishel) Parks. Preceded in death by daughter, Nichole L. Parks. Survived by wife of 42 years, the former Joan Vigne, whom he married July 21, 1979 in Blain City, children; Jeffrey (Ciara Doughty) of LaJose, daughter, Amanda (Mathew) McMurray of Irvona, 5 grandchildren; Charleigh, Hudson, Conner, Nolan and Emmett, brothers and sisters; Sheila (John) Kimball, Roger Jr. (Carolyn), Michele (Mark) Fellwock, and Michael (Crystal). Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Jeff enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and hunting. He had worked for the Irvona Municiple Authority as a plant operator. Life member of the NRA. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing or service.
