Jeffrey L. “Otis” Laing Sr., 62, of Coalport, died March 15, 2023, at his residence. He was born May 27, 1960 in Altoona, son of the late James W. Jr. and Kathleen W. (Welker) Laing. Preceded in death by brother, Jerry. Survived by children: Jenise A. Laing, Jennifer M. Laing, and Jeffrey L. Laing Jr., step- daughter, Joni L. Merritt, 2 grandchildren: Ella M. Laing and Cecilia G. Carrington, brothers: Jack D. Laing and James W. lll (Barbara O’Shell) Laing, and nephew, Jaime lV (Kelsey Youngkin) Laing and their daughter, Ivy.
