Janet M. Grove, 64, of Cresson, died December 18, 2023, at home. Born July 14, 1959, in Altoona, daughter of the late Robert Earl and Edna G. (McGarry) Myers. Preceded in death by her brother, Ronald. Survived by husband of 39 years, Daniel L. Grove whom she married February 18, 1984, in Wilmore, son, David (Sarah) Myers of Lilly, daughter Jessica Renee Grove (James Doran) of Cresson, 5 grandchildren: Caressa, Savannah and James Doran, and Christina and Katie Myers. Sisters and brother: Lois Carpenter of Louisville, KY, Barbara Ann Walters of Williamsport, Earl of Altoona, and Marilyn (Richard) Nadolsky of Lilly, sister-in-law, Vicky of Logan, Utah, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a 1977 graduate of Penn Cambria High School, Cresson. Janet enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, crafting, flowers, and baking. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing. A Memorial Mass is planned for a later date. Interment, St. Brigid Cemetery, Lilly.
