Gerald J. "Jerry" Fogle Obituary

Gerald J. “Jerry” Fogle, 73, Ashville, died August 15, 2022. Born July 3, 1949 in Spangler, son of the late Clarence and Anna (Krug) Fogle. Preceded in death by wife, the former Janet Wright on May 7, 2002, and sister, Patricia Jean Fogle. Survived by these brothers and sisters; James (Marie) Fogle, Mary Ann (Greg) Smith, Theresa (Bill) Myers, Thomas (Cindy) Fogle, Rita (Terry) Wilson, and Ida (Denny) Schenk. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Jerry was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War Era. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends especially at the Ashville VFW. He volunteered making hoagies for the Ashville Volunteer Fire Company. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing. Jerry was a member of the Ashville VFW, Loretto American Legion, and St. Thomas Catholic Church, Ashville, where a funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Friday, Rev. Robert Reese, Celebrant. Military Rites in charge of Ashville VFW and other Local Military Organizations.
