George A. Payne, 71, Amsbry, died November 24, 2020 at home. Born May 22, 1949 in Dublin, Ireland, son of the late Robert and Mary (Salmon) Payne. Survived by wife, the former Virginia Beck, son Robert, sister, Patricia Conner and brother, Robert. George enjoyed fly fishing, tying flies, golfing, photography and reading.
