Dorothy A. Adams, 70, R.D. Loretto, died May 31, 2021 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born June 25, 1950 in Spangler, daughter of the late Oscar and Mary (Bruce) Sherry. Preceded in death by son, Ronald Yartin Jr. Survived by husband, Norman J. Adams, whom she married October 19, 2013 in Chest Springs, children; Daniel (Claire) Adams, Vicki (Randy) Noble, Amy Adams (Jody Ronan), and Erica (Jared) Plummer, 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, step children; Michael (Cathy) Adams, James Adams, Deborah (Alan), several step grandchildren, brother and sisters; Ron (Tina Smithbower), Mary Louise (Keith) Trout, Nancy (Tim) Herhei, Linda (Steve) Noland, and Debra (Fred lll) Krug, also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Dorothy enjoyed spending time with her family and camping. Norman and Dorothy were originally married in 1968, they then found each others love again and married on the same date 45 years later. She attended St. Monica Catholic Church, Chest Springs, where funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Friday, Rev. Jerzy Auguscik OFM, Celebrant. Committal, St. Michael Cemetery, Loretto.
