Donna G. Hartford, 62, Buckhorn, died January 21, 2021 at UPMC Altoona. Born December 1, 1958 in Naples, Florida, daughter of the late Frederick and Florence (Brown) Hartford. Preceded in death by husband, Wayne “Rick” Galat, granddaughters, Amerie Hartford and Nova Rightenour, and brothers; Dennis, Gary and Larry Hartford. Survived by daughters; Allison Hartford and Alicia Hartford (Andrew Oswalt), grandchildren; Arielle, Myrah and Fulton, brothers; Wayne (Sandra) Hartford, Farrel Brown, sister, Felicia Brown (Heather), aunt, Barbara Marshall, mother in law, Joan (Robbins) Taylor, and numerous nieces and nephews. Donna enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, traveling and going to the beach. She earned master degrees from Florida State University and Arizona State University, and worked as the director for behavior health at UPMC Home Nursing Agency, Altoona for 22 years and retired in 2015. There will be no viewing. A private Service will be held at a later date.
