Diane Marie Gauntner, 70, of Ashville, passed away October 24, 2023, at UPMC Pittsburgh surrounded by her immediate family. She was born September 9, 1953, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Kolak) Bakale. Survived by her husband of 46 years, Michael whom she married September 24, 1977 in Ashville, daughter, Dawn (Thomas Jr.) Weymer of Ashville, brother, John (Jody Laird), and sister, Holly Lidwell and friend (Chuck). Diane worked at UPMC Altoona for 15 years as a Certified Nurse Assistant. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing or services.
