David S. Chilcote Jr., 59, of Hollidaysburg, died June 9, 2024, at UPMC Altoona. He was born September 16, 1964, in Altoona, son of David S. Sr. and Marcella (Ross) Chilcote. Preceded in death by mother. Survived by father and stepmother Marylee, wife the former Christa Cherry, whom he married October 1, 2010, in Cape May, NJ., one of David’s favorite places in the world, children: Erica, Ryder, and Jovie, sister, Kelly (Rodney) Balliet, and their children Steven and Blake. David earned a BS Degree from Penn State in mineral engineering, and worked as a senior sales rep for New Enterprise Stone and Lime for over 35 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family, NASCAR, his dogs, the band Pink Floyd, and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
