Dale F. Hoover, 61, formerly of Altoona, died unexpectedly April 4, 2021. Born March 2, 1960 in Altoona, son of Carl F. Hoover and Marian (Ammerman) Hoover LeGrand. Preceded in death by father. Survived by mother of Cresson, son Donald (Jessica Dougherty) of Altoona, daughter, Donna of Altoona and several grandchildren, brothers, and sisters.
