Cherrie Marie Henry, 64, of Altoona, died February 28, 2023 at home. Born November 3, 1958 in Spangler, daughter of Charles E. and Arlene (F. (Campbell) Henry. Preceded in death by father. Survived by mother, Arlene Henry (Dan Mortimer), partner, Fred Imler ll, son, Andrew Callahan, grandson, Mason Imler, brothers: David (Maureen) Henry, and Jerry (Yvonne) Henry, sister, Yvonne (Joe) Trimble, nieces: Annie (Paarth) Shah, Kim (Thomas) Fleming, and Kelly (Edgar) McElheny, nephews: Adam (Heather) Clarkson, Jacob Henry, and Kevin Henry (Jeannette Spaid). Cherrie enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, her little dog, Banjo, gardening, riding horses, traveling, and playing pinochle. She was employed for 22 years at Penn State Altoona, where she began her career on April 2, 2001. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday April 8, 2023 from 1 Until 3 PM at the Utahville United Methodist Church.
