Carol Fletcher, 79, of Dysart, formerly of Glennville, GA., died September 4, 2022. Born February 27, 1943 in Mooers Fork, NY, daughter of the late Elmer and Lorna June (Laventure) Stark. Preceded in death by husband, Edward “Joe” Fletcher on June 8, 2017, and numerous brothers and sisters. Survived by daughter, Betty (Pat) Johnson of Dean, 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Carol was the last member of her immediate family. She had worked as an Avon Lady. Friends will be received from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Wednesday at the Gibbons Funeral Home, 1688 Liberty St., Ashville, PA 16613. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at the Patton United Presbyterian Church, Rev. Alice Tondora officiating. Interment will take place at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Glennville, GA
