Barb Burkhart, 81, of St. Boniface, died November 2, 2024, at Maybrook Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center, Altoona. She was born March 11, 1943, in Colver, daughter of the late George and Bertha (Mundock) Motel. Survived by husband of 55 years, Ronald Burkhart Sr. whom she married September 20, 1969, at St. John’s Byzantine Church, Barnesboro, son, Ronald Jr. of Hastings, granddaughter, Bella Burkhart (Patrick), 2 great grandchildren: Grayson and Kaelyn, sister of; George (Mary Ann Holtz), Joanne (Bob) Scaramozzino, and Robert Motel. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Barb enjoyed spending time with her family, line dancing, her dogs and sitting on the porch. She had worked for the Elder Township Water Authority for a number of years. Member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Patton. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing.
