Arminta M. Korlinchak, 96, of Coalport, died January 29, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 21, 1927, in St. Benedict, daughter of the late Melvin and Emma (Mayes) Kephart. Preceded in death by husband, George on July 25, 1998, son George Edward, siblings, Melvin Jr., Clarence, Syvella Thomas, and Jesse “Buck”. Survived by children: Richard (Sandy Lesher) of Coalport, Sheri (Bob) Dudurich of Irvona, Susan Korlinchak Yoder (Jeff Pringle) of Lancaster, and Gina (Paul) Eckenrode of Chest Springs, daughter-in-law Melody (Lidwell) Korlinchak of Coalport, 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, sister Evadean Williams of Lyleville, sisters-in-law, Sonia Kephart and Gretta Kephart and numerous nieces and nephews. Arminta enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, singing, crocheting, sewing, putting puzzles together and her cats. She had worked for 17 years for McGregors Sewing Factory in Coalport. She was a member of the choir and St. Mary's Annunciation Ukrainian Catholic Church, Ramey, where divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Saturday, Father James Davidson, Celebrant. Committal, St. Mary's Cemetery, Ramey. Friends will be received from 4 until 8 PM Friday at the Gibbons Funeral Home, 1085 Main St., Coalport, PA 16627, where a Parastas Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 PM Friday. www.gibbonsfhashvillecoalport.com
