Debbie J. Eckenrode 61, R.D. Gallitzin, died June 26, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born July 23, 1955 in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of Clyde and Evelyn (Noland) Eckenrode. Survived by parents with whom she resided, children: Jenette Bruce of Ashville, Lisa Blunt (Darin) of Altoona and Travis Chichy of Altoona, 8 grandchildren, brother, Tim (Cindy O’Donnell) of R.D. Gallitzin and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Debbie enjoyed spending time with family and friends. At the request of the deceased there will be no viewing. Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 PM Thursday at the Gibbons Funeral Home, 1688 Liberty St., Ashville, PA 16613. www.gibbonsfhashvillecoalport.com
