Mary T. Farabaugh, 88, Loretto, died June 13, 2020 at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born February 18, 1932 in Ebensburg, daughter of the late Harvey and Caroline (Coons) Byrne. Preceded in death by husband, Arthur “Art” on September 6, 2015, son, Daniel in 1982, and these brothers and sisters; Paul, Art, Lucille Ronan, Merrill, Laverne Umholtz, Betty Scanlan and Alma Farabaugh. Survived by son, John (Teresa) of Altoona, daughter in law, Debbie (Urbain) Farabaugh of Loretto, grandchildren; Matthew (Amy), Trisha (Jason) Storm, Sean (Tracey), twins; Michelle (Vince) Yahner and Melissa (Ryan) Cahill, great grandchildren; Brandon, Emma, Dylan, Madison, Danielle, Autumn, Ben, Carter, Brayden, Adalyn, Sophia, Bella, Aubree and Dalton. Mary was the last member of her immediate family. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Mary enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, baking, and she was known for her delicious cookies and making iced tea. Member of the Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Loretto, where funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Thursday, Rev. Malachi Van Tassell, Celebrant. Committal, St. Michael Cemetery.
