Patricia J. Fogle D.O., 74, formerly of Ashville, died April 18, 2020 at Haida Manor, Hastings. Born October 7, 1945 in Spangler, daughter of the late Clarence and Anna (Krug) Fogle. Survived by these brothers and sisters; James (Marie Kline) of Dewey, AZ, Mary Ann (Greg) Smith of Roaring Spring, Gerald of Ashville, Theresa (Bill) Myers of Ashville, Thomas (Cindy Lafferty) of Roaring Spring, Rita (Terry) Wilson of Martinsburg, WV, and Ida (Dennis) Schenk of Loretto. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Patricia received a degree from St. Francis College, Loretto and her PhD at Arizona State University, and a Doctorate of Osteopathy from Michigan State and worked on research there. She taught at Bishop Guilfoyle High School for a year and retired as a physician from Berea, KY after 15 years of service. Patricia enjoyed visiting family. She volunteered after a number of years at Habitat for Humanity and donated to Dr.’s without Borders. Member of St. Thomas Catholic Church, Ashville where a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Committal will be at St. Thomas Cemetery. My condolences to Pat family and friends. She was a great associate of my community. We had many good conversions. She was interested in so many things. I've missed seeing her at our community meetings these past several years.
