Joyce A. Younkin, 77, Ashville, died August 10, 2019 at her home. Born December 28, 1941 in Coupon, daughter of the late Leo W. and Evelyn (Booterbaugh) Lidwell. Preceded in death by husband, Clarence “Sonny” on November 15, 1977, great granddaughter, Emma Grace Myers, brother, Leo J. and her special love, Patrick R. Eckenrode. Survived by children, Kim (Gary Cinko Jr.), Tim (Carrie Wallace and Sandra Younkin, 7 grandchildren: Clairissa (Leo), Rachel (Joe), Andrew (Caitlyn), Bret, Nathan, Seth (Delanie) and Marissa, 5 great grandchildren: Ian Selfridge, Kayden, Erin, Grayson and Mason, and brother, Leonard “Artie” (Nancy). Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Joyce was an avid outdoor lady, she enjoyed gardening, and sewing, and she loved her horses. She was a member of the 4 H and the Appalachian Wagon Train Association. Friends will be received Saturday from 11:00 Am until     time of funeral service at 1:00 PM at the Gibbons Funeral Home, 1688 Liberty St., Ashville, PA 16613, Pastor Laura McCombie officiating. My heartfelt sympathy to you all. I've known Joyce since I was a little girl & she was always a friend of the Ivory family. I know she will be missed.
This is a lovely picture of her. May you be comforted by family & friends during the days ahead.
