Phyllis A. Faggard 55, Scottsdale, AZ, formerly of Dysart, died December 12, 2016 in Scottsdale. Born July 29, 1961 in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Leo ll and Frances Ann (Reiprecht) Wilt. Survived by mother, Dot Wilt of Dysart, children:
